The destination of this group building took everyone to the famous scenic spot in Yueqing, China – “Dragon Qiu of Yandang Mountain”.
At 8:00 in the morning on July 9th, all the employees gathered together to take the bus carefully arranged by the company to the beautiful Yandang Mountain to start a one-day team building activity life. Under the leadership of the coach, everyone was divided into 10 teams. Under the command of the captains of each group, each team began to choose team names and slogans for their own teams. In order to exercise the strong will and character of the team members and fully feel the importance of coordinating, cooperating, and uniting in the team during the activities, the company has arranged a number of team game activities for this team building.
Game 1 [Rising step by step]: Team members pull the rope, and through cooperation, the irregular wood placed underground accumulates a certain height in sequence, and it is not allowed to fall during the moving and running process.
Game 2 [Water from the Minefield]: Within the specified time, relying on the cooperation and wisdom of the team, lift the team members lying on the rope into the minefield (in the middle of the circle with a diameter of 5 meters) and take out the water bottle.
Game 3 [Fruit Lianliankan]: Within the specified time, two members of the team take turns to find the same fruit hidden under the straw hat, but it is not easy to find the same fruit, it requires the team’s help. Need memory and communication can better win the game.
Game 4 [Do not fall down the forest]: The whole team holds a pole in hand and is required to switch 5 times in a row without the pole falling.
In the scorching sun, the family members of Yueqing Dahe Electric can not be afraid of high temperature, dare to challenge, actively participate in team building activities, and persist to the end, which is really great!
After lunch, each group of players adjusted their emotions and prepared for mountaineering activities. There were also mysterious games hidden in the scenic area. Each team had to find the level on the way, and the winning team was determined by the points obtained by completing the game. The general manager of the company and the representatives of each team came to the stage to summarize the achievements of the team building.
