Micro travel Switches have an actuator which, when depressed, lifts a lever to move the contacts into the required position. Micro switches often make a “clicking” sound when pressed this informs the user of the actuation. Micro switches often contain fixing holes so that they can be easily mounted and secured into place.
The contact distance of the micro switch is small, the action stroke is short, the pressing power is small, and the on- off is fast. The action speed of the moving contact has nothing to do with the action speed of the transmission element.
There are numerous types of micro switches, and there are hundreds of internal structures. According to the volume, there are ordinary, small, andultra-small; according to the protection performance, there are leakproof, dust- evidence, and explosion- evidence types; according to the breaking form, there are single- connection type, double type,multi-link type. At present, there’s also a strong dissociate micro switch( when the wimp of the switch doesn’t work, the external force can also make the switch dissociate).
Micro switches are divided into ordinary type, DC type,micro-current type and high-current type according to the breaking capacity. According to the use terrain, there are ordinary type, high temperature resistant type( 250 ℃), super high temperature resistant ceramic type( 400 ℃). Micro switches are generally grounded on unassisted pressing accessories, and small stroke types and large stroke types are deduced. Different supplementary pressing accessories can be added according to the requirements. According to the different pressing accessories added, the switches can be divided into colorful forms similar as button type, wimp comber type, switch comber type, short smash type, long smash type and so on.
●What types of micro travel switches do we have?
Our micro switches are mainly short-stroke buttons of pressing type. The ultra-thin version has three mounting holes of 12mm, 16mm and 19mm, and the head type is flat or ring. The shell material is stainless steel, and supports custom aluminum black plated shell.The head is equipped with a black rubber ring and the waterproof level is up to ip67.
Tri-color micro switch and four-color micro switch are mainly based on pins terminal and with wire.
