The TVS Ntorq 125 XT was recently launched in the Indian market at a price of Rs.103,000 (ex-showroom, New Delhi).While extremely expensive, this new TVS scooter offers some unique equipment and features that put it ahead in terms of technology.

Here we take a closer look at the new Ntorq 125 XT Start Stop Switch from Atharva Dhuri.The video he posted gives us a detailed look at this new scooter.Starting with the exterior, the design and body panels are the same as other variants of the Ntorq 125.That said, the “XT” variant offers a custom “Neon” two-tone paint job with unique body graphics and some glossy black accents.The “XT” variant features LED headlights with LED DRLs and LED taillights.The turn indicators (halogen bulbs) are integrated into the headlight housing, and a hazard light switch is also available.The one-piece seat and generous floor ensure rider comfort is good too.The rear seat has split handlebars and easily foldable footrests.
The biggest change is the new instrument console, which consists of two screens – a TFT and an LCD.The TFT screen displays race statistics – lap timer, top speed recorder, acceleration timer – and it can even display social media notifications, food delivery tracking, live race notifications, AQI and more using SmartXonnect connectivity technology.Also, thanks to the new SmartXtalk system, more than 60 voice commands are now available on the scooter.The voice command switch is integrated into the start button and can be accessed with a long press.The storage area under the seat has a USB charging port, another useful touch.
The scooter continues to get an external fuel filler, which is a very useful feature.Powering the TVS Ntorq 125 XT is a 124.8cc single-cylinder engine that puts out 9.3 PS and 10.5 Nm of torque when mated to the CVT.It comes with an idle start-stop switch system and a silent starter motor, no starter is provided.
