◎ How do you wire a push button switch?

Push button switch of a metal type, usually used to make and break control circuits. The type of non-stop button switch will have different wiring mode,through the connection of electricity, to control the machine start,  stop, reverse and other effects.Typically, each button will have three pin terminal, one normally open, one normally closed, and one common foot.
The button in the picture is a HBDS1-AGQ series metal push button switch.

 

There Are Four Types Button With Lights:

Type 1: Single pole double throw with lamp(1NO1NC button with led)

There are five pins:“NO pins, NC pins, C pins, two lamp pins”;

Type 2: Double pole double throw with lamp(2NO2NC button with led)

There are eight pins:“two NO pins, two NC pins, two C pins, wo lamp pins”;

Type 3: Bi-color button

There are six pins:“NO pins,  NC pins, C pins, Two different lamp pins, Lamp common pins”;

Type 4: Tri-color button

There are seven pins:“NO pins,  NC pins, C pins, Three different lamp pins, Lamp common pins”;

Do You Know How We Connect Our Buttons?

Method 1: The LED bead of the button is always light, and the load starts after the button is pressed

1. The “C”pin terminal of the button is connected with the anode of the power supply, and the “NO” foot is connected with the anode of the load;

2. The LED pin terminal is respectively connected to the anode and cathode of the power supply;

3. The cathode of the load is connected to the cathode of the supply.

Method 1

Method 2: Press the load and the LED lights up

1. The “C” pin terminal is connected to the anode of the power supply;

2. The “NO” pin terminal and the anode of the LED are connected in parallel to the anode of the load;

3. The load cathode is connected to the cathode of the supply .

Method 2

Method 3: Connect the power supply, button default color;press the button, switch to another color

1. The“C”pin terminal is connected to the anode of the power supply, and the common pin of the lamp is connected to the cathode of the power supply;

2. “NO”pin terminal and LED anode pin are connected to the anode of the load in parallel; “NC”pin terminal and LED cathode in parallel;

3. The load cathode is connected to the cathode of the power supply.
