◎ Editorial Review of Nespresso VertuoPlus Luxury Coffee Maker button

I come from a family where “if it hadn’t broken, we wouldn’t need a new blender”, my mom has had the same blender for 20 years. However, recently my coffee machine switch broke down, and since coffee is an integral part of my daily life, I decided to spend the money on a new machine. I live in a Nespresso house so I bought a Nespresso VertuoPlus deluxe coffee maker and an espresso machine ($187 instead of $250). Let me tell you that not only is this a great coffee machine, but I’m sure anyone would love to take it apart as a gift.
I am a very simple coffee drinker. I don’t like fussiness or complexity and this machine gives me everything I need at the touch of a small button. I just press it and the right amount of coffee comes out, not too weak, not too strong, and I don’t have to think too much about it. Nespresso is known for its luxury, but I think it’s affordable luxury. This is a first-class coffee, but still something that many people can enjoy; he doesn’t seem aloof or snobbish. This machine makes several cups of coffee a day for me and my roommate and it never stops or overloads. This is the perfect coffee maker if you want something that you just press switches and it’s done. You can adjust the height of the coffee mug tab and the machine is programmed to brew the amount of coffee depending on the size of the capsules and the cup. If you want more, you can always press the metal switch button again and he will refill it.
The only notable feature of this machine is that it takes a minute to set up and a day or two to work. When I set it up I had to pour water into it to make it work and for a while the water wouldn’t flow into the coffee mug. It could have just been a problem with my machine, but a day later it worked and we’ve had fresh coffee ever since. He is also taller; my old car was much more compact so it’s nice to know you’ll need some headroom when it comes to storage or counter space.
This coffee maker is best suited for those who love a good cup of coffee and want to drink it as quickly and efficiently as possible, while still enjoying luxury. This is a very common medium for entertaining the public, but if you are very picky and specific about how you prepare your espresso, then this machine is probably not for you.
You can find this machine at Amazon, Nespresso ($149, originally $199), Bloomingdale’s ($187, originally $249), Williams Sonoma ($150, originally $200), and Walmart ($127, originally $159).
