◎ Composition of metal button high current switch

The button switch shown in the picture is a 10a high-current button switch newly developed by us in 2022. It is specially developed for some customers who need high current switches.

 

In the process of development, this button not only suffered from twists and turns, but also always accepted the results of high-intensity experiments that could not pass 10A current. Finally, it was successfully developed in May 2022, and this high-current pin button switch was named "HBDS1-D series". This metal 12v waterproof led illumainted button uses a 304 stainless steel shell, with 1no1nc momentary and latching two types of operation functions, thick silver contact terminals, extremely small contact resistance, and better conductivity. 12v-24v wide voltage lamp bead structure, no need to distinguish between anode and cathode. The colors of the lights are red, blue, and green.

 

In addition, this button switch of the same series has three different sizes of button switches: 16mm, 19mm and 22mm. High-quality black sealing ring, the head is waterproof up to ip67.

 

Among them, the 22mm nylon 10a switch is the most popular among the large current waterproof buttons.

 

The metal case is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel, and the plastic 10a button is made of nylon. This 22mm metal 10A push button switch waterproof has a current of 10A/250V and an electrical life of more than 50,000 times. At the same time, this 22MM metal button switch with mounting hole has a special connector harness. Wiring is quick, easy and effortless. The customer originally purchased this high-current 22mm ring switch, which is only a switch product. In order to encourage customers to use the push button switch conveniently, the company can distribute this connector harness for free as long as the customer buys this 22mm waterproof ip67 push button switch.

What does the operation type Momentary and Latching mean?

 

Momentary: Press to start working, release will stop working.

Latching: Press to start working, release still keep working, need to press again to stop working.

 

What does 1no1nc and 2no2nc mean?

 

1NO1NC(SPDT)：It means one normally open and one normally closed. This type of push button switch has one normally open contact and one normally closed contact, and the connection effect that can be achieved will be more instructed.

 

2NO2NC(DPDT):This 2no2nc button switch will have one more set of contacts than the spdt button.
