To make it more challenging, the teams had to build a human ladder to help their teammates climb over the wall. This game required a high level of trust and cooperation among the team members, as one wrong move could cause the entire team to fail.

The four teams were named "Transcendence Team," "Ride the Wind and Waves Team," "Breakthrough Team," and "Peak Team." Each team was unique in its approach and strategies, and the competition was intense. The participants put their hearts and souls into the games, and the excitement and enthusiasm were infectious. It was an excellent opportunity for the team members to interact with each other outside of work and develop strong bonds of camaraderie.

The "Peak Team" emerged as the winner in the end, but the true victory was the experience gained by all the participants. The games were not just about winning or losing, but they were about pushing the limits and surpassing the expectations. The managers who are usually composed and professional at work, let their hair down and were full of life during the activities. The punishments for losing teams were hilarious, and it was a sight to see the usually serious managers laughing and having fun.
